DAY 1 – SUNDAY
THE QUEEN OF THE SOUTH
‘’Our journey of discovering the undiscovered starts in the ancient city of Dubrovnik, from where we will make our way to the Golden Island where time stands till, but we won’t.”
- Meet and greet at 1:30PM at the wine museum in Dubrovnik city center.
- A Quick toast to our new adventure followed by a short 20-minute drive to the marina.
- Boat transfer to the Golden Island Šipan where our majestic estate, once owned by the nobility of Dubrovnik, awaits.
- Time to get settled in, unpack, and enjoy the estate.
- Private chef’s dinner at the estate.

DAY 2 – MONDAY
TWO OF THE THREE ISLANDS
‘’Elaphiti Islands, secluded paradisal and the freshest seafood you’re ever likely to taste, this collection of islands offers a truly luxurious taste of life on the Adriatic. Two of the three will be visited on our first boat day, as the third, also known as the Prince of the Elaphiti is the Golden Island, our home for the week.’’
- Breakfast at the Estate, after which we will embark on our first sea adventure of the week.
- A day filled with adventures on our speed boats as we discover the sand beaches of the island Lopud, the three green caves and the blue cave of the island Koločep, fresh seafood, and local wines.
- Return to the Estate late afternoon.
- Chef’s dinner at the estate.

DAY 3 – TUESDAY
THE BEAUTY OF THE PRINCE
‘’Today we discover the beauty of the Island Šipan, the island that has held onto the spirit of the past – time seems to stand still here, and only the reconstruction of a few old summer palaces suggests that you haven’t, in fact, gone back in time.’’
- Breakfast at the Estate, followed by a walk into town for coffee and local news (gossip).
- Small local winery visit, wine and olive oil degustation.
- Return to the estate for a chef’s lunch in the garden.
- Time to relax before our Sunset adventure.
- Late afternoon departure to the other side of the Island Šipan for a walk in the village and dinner in the harbor.
- Return to the estate late at night.

DAY 4 – WEDNESDAY
WINES OFF THE BEATEN PATH
‘’Today we discover fine wines, long shingle beaches, best mussels, and oysters in Croatia and the stunning coastline of this Croatian peninsula that is creating more buzz each day.’’
- Breakfast at the Estate, after which we will embark on our second sea adventure of the week.
- Another day filled with adventures as we cruise on our speed boats to discover some of the best wines in Southern Croatia, learn about the salt production that has existed in the town of Ston for more than 700 years, and enjoy the views of the walls of Ston that are one of the world’s longest preserved fortification systems, comprising of 40 towers and 5 fortresses.
- Lunch and dinner on the peninsula.
- Return to the estate late at night.

DAY 5 – THURSDAY
LOCAL WAY OF LIFE
‘’Today is all about living a slow life, just like the locals do. We will have an easy day that will end in great company under the stars.”
- Breakfast at the estate.
- Free time to enjoy the estate, book a massage or walk around town and enjoy lunch at a local tavern.
- Afternoon departure to the other side of the island for our dinner experience that is reachable only by boat. Dinner, swimming, and cocktails.
- Return to the estate late at night.

DAY 6 – FRIDAY
THE PEARL OF THE ADRIATIC
‘’For our final day of the tour, we will embark on another sea adventure, and this time, we will visit the island Mljet, a real pearl of the Adriatic Sea. Mljet’s dense green forest covers almost 90% of the entire island and is surrounded by crystal clear azure water; it’s also the fourth oldest national park, which takes up a third of the island; there is also the Odysseus cave and much more that we will experience.’’
- Breakfast at the estate, after which we will embark on our final sea adventure of the week.
- We will visit the national park, Odysseus cave, see the salt lakes on the islands, enjoy the seabed around Mljet, which is a must-visit site for all snorkeling lovers, and taste local delicacies while sipping on Croatian wine.
- Return to the estate in the late afternoon with free time to relax before our big dinner.

TO THE MAINLAND WE GO

Our custom payment plan option allows you to spread out the total cost of your tour over several installments leading up to your departure date. The only requirement is that the total amount must be paid in full at least 2 months before the beginning of the tour.
