DAY 1 -SUNDAY
THE QUEEN OF THE SOUTH
Our journey of discovery begins in the ancient city of Dubrovnik, from which we will make our way to the Golden Island, where time seems to stand still—but we won’t.
• Meet at 1:30 PM at the Wine Museum in Dubrovnik city center for a quick toast to our new adventure.
• Take a short 20-minute drive to the marina
• Board a boat for a scenic transfer to the Golden Island of Šipan.
• Arrive at our majestic estate, once owned by the nobility of Dubrovnik, and settle in to enjoy its elegance and serene surroundings.
• Unpack and explore the estate, taking in the views, gardens, and private spaces.
• End the day with a private chef’s dinner at the estate, savoring the first tastes of our island adventure.

DAY 2 – MONDAY
TWO OF THE THREE ISLANDS
Elaphiti Islands—secluded, paradisal, and home to some of the freshest seafood you’re ever likely to taste—offer a truly luxurious glimpse of life on the Adriatic. Two of the three islands will be explored on our first boat day, while the third, known as the Prince of the Elaphiti, is the Golden Island, our home for the week.
• Breakfast at the Estate, followed by the first sea adventure of the week.
• Spend the day on speed boats discovering the sandy beaches of Lopud, the three green caves and the blue cave of Koločep, and enjoy fresh seafood paired with local wines along the way.
• Return to the Estate in the late afternoon.
• Conclude the day with a private chef’s dinner at the Estate.

DAY 3 – TUESDAY
THE BEAUTY OF THE PRINCE
Today we discover the beauty of the Island Šipan, a place that has preserved the spirit of the past—where time seems to stand still, and only the carefully restored summer palaces remind us that we haven’t truly gone back in time.
• Breakfast at the Estate, followed by a leisurely walk into town for coffee and a taste of local life.
• Visit a small, family-run winery for a wine and olive oil tasting experience.
• Return to the Estate for a chef-prepared lunch in the garden.
• Time to relax and enjoy the Estate before the evening’s adventure.
• Late afternoon departure to explore the other side of Šipan, strolling through a charming village and enjoying dinner at the harbor.
• Return to the Estate late at night, reflecting on the day’s discoveries.

DAY 4 – WEDNESDAY
WINES OFF THE BEATEN PATH
Today we discover fine wines, long shingle beaches, the freshest mussels and oysters in Croatia, and the stunning coastline of this Croatian peninsula that continues to create buzz every day.
• Breakfast at the Estate, followed by the second sea adventure of the week.
• Cruise on speed boats to explore some of the best wines in Southern Croatia, learn about the centuries-old salt production in the town of Ston, and admire the remarkable walls of Ston—one of the world’s longest preserved fortification systems, with 40 towers and five fortresses.
• Enjoy lunch and dinner on the peninsula, sampling local delicacies and wines.
• Return to the Estate late at night, taking in the memories of a day filled with discovery and coastal beauty.

DAY 5 – THURSDAY
LOCAL WAY OF LIFE
Today is all about embracing the slow life, just like the locals, ending the day in great company under the stars.

• Free time to enjoy the Estate—perhaps a relaxing massage, a stroll around town, or lunch at a charming local tavern.
• In the afternoon, depart for the other side of the island for a unique dinner experience, accessible only by boat, complete with swimming and cocktails.
• Return to the Estate late at night, savoring the memories of a leisurely, unforgettable day.

DAY 6 – FRIDAY
THE PEARL OF THE ADRIATIC
For the final day of our tour, another sea adventure awaits as we visit the island of Mljet, a true pearl of the Adriatic. Covered in dense green forest that spans nearly 90% of the island and surrounded by crystal-clear azure waters, Mljet is home to one of Europe’s oldest national parks, the Odysseus Cave, and countless other natural wonders waiting to be explored.
• Breakfast at the Estate, followed by departure for our final sea adventure of the week.
• Explore the national park, visit the legendary Odysseus Cave, admire the salt lakes, and discover the vibrant seabed around Mljet—a must for snorkeling enthusiasts.
• Savor local delicacies paired with Croatian wines along the way.
