DAY 1 – SUNDAY
MEETING IN BARI & CHECK-IN AT OUR VILLA

‘’We start our journey of the enchanting beauty of Puglia, where sun-kissed landscapes meet azure coastlines and historic towns’’.

• Meet and greet at 1PM – Bari, Piazza Aldo Moro
• 30-minute drive to our experience of undiscovering the south of Italy.
• Winery visit and light lunch.
• 15-minute drive from the winery to our Italian home for the week.
• Late afternoon arrival to our Italian home for the week.
• Time to get settled in, unpack, and enjoy the estate.
• Private chef’s dinner at the estate.

DAY 2 – MONDAY
HISTORY MEETS THE SEA

‘’In the morning, we will discover the town of Polignano a Mare, perched atop dramatic limestone cliffs, narrow streets and stunning sea views.  At night we will discover the harbor and old town of the picturesque Monopoli’’.

• Breakfast at the Estate, followed by an excursion to the enchanting town perched on limestone cliffs, Polignano a Mare.
• Tuk tuk costal adventure to discover the town’s most iconic locations, including the waterfront, hidden coves, and ancient churches.
• Free time after the costal adventure to shop, drink coffee, aperitifs or simply wander and admire this coastal town.
• Return to the estate for a chef’s lunch in the garden.
• Free afternoon to enjoy the estate.
• Sunset walk excursion in the picturesque town of Monopoli, followed by dinner and drinks in town.
• Return to the estate late at night.

DAY 3 – TUESDAY
NOT PUGLIA, BUT CLOSE ENOUGH – MUST VISIT ADVENTURE

‘’Today we discover the oldest town in Europe and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, Matera.

• This ancient settlement boasts one of the most unique urban landscapes.
• Breakfast at the Estate followed by an early excursion to Matera.
• 1h drive to one of the most unique places in the world, where we will visit a fully furnished cave-house to explore the traditional way of life. We will then visit a Rock Church and a bakery where you will get to taste the famous Matera’s bread.
• Free time to be courageous like James Bond in’’ No time to die’’ (An important sequence of No Time To Die takes place in the beautiful town of Matera in Italy) as you wonder the streets shopping and enjoying after our busy morning.
• Return to the Estate late afternoon.
• Time to decompress before dinner with our chef and cocktails at the garden.

DAY 4 – WEDNESDAY
THE COAST’S UNTOUCHED BEAUTY

‘’A unique escape from the crowded shores, a world of peace where crystal-clear waters beckon. Relax, bask in the sun, and savor a delightful aperitif featuring Apulian specialties during our boat experience. Your gateway to tranquility and the coast’s untouched beauty’’.

• Breakfast at the Estate after which we will embark on our sea adventure.
• We will set sail on our Catamaran Lagoon for a full day of the unforgettable voyage from Polignano a Mare.
• Return to the Estate late afternoon.

DAY 5 – THURSDAY
SPECTACULAR CAVES AND WHITE CITY

‘’Cool off and reach your daily steps by stepping inside the “Caves of Castellana” with us. Just outside the town of Castellana Grotte there is one of the most beautiful and spectacular cave systems in Italy where the temperature stays constantly around 60F. Sunset chasing is reserved for Ostuni,  one of the most beautiful villages in Puglia that is surrounded by green olive groves and from the top of the city you can catch the sight of the blue waters of the Adriatic Sea.’’

• Breakfast at the estate followed by an excursion to the most spectacular caves in Italy.
• This excursion includes significant walking and is, therefore, optional. Caves or free morning at the estate.
• Return to the estate for a chef’s lunch and wine tasting.
• Time to relax before our afternoon excursion to the white city.
• Late afternoon departure with a 45min drive to the white city Ostuni, where we will explore the village and catch the sunset at the top of hill.
• A short drive from the white city is a hidden little gem town Locorotondo where we will enter a secret shop and have a traditional dinner behind closed doors.
• Late night return to the Estate.

DAY 6 – FRIDAY
FAIRYTALE-LIKE DAY AS OUR LAST DAY

‘’Today we will show you the town of Alberobello that has an impressive architectural style, one of a kind that is a UNESCO World heritage site famous for the distinctive Trulli houses. After visiting this wonderland, dinner under the stars is a must’.

• Breakfast at the Estate. The morning is free to enjoy the sunshine, massages or to book a fishing experience. (Fishing experience starts at 5AM).
• Chef’s lunch in the garden with a bubbly wine tasting.
• Late afternoon excursion to the one and only Alberobello town where we will explore the city of trulli, the incredible Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano and have free time to shop and wander before our final dinner.
• Dinner will take place at a family vineyard not far from Alberobello, here we will enjoy a variety of wines and traditional food from the area surrounded by grapevines, under the stars.
• Late night return to the Estate.

DAY 7 – SATURDAY
CIAO PUGLIA

• Breakfast at the Estate.
• Drive back to Bari where we say goodbye and plan our next adventure together.
