Our journey begins with a scenic drive through Italy, Slovenia, and Northern Croatia, culminating at our Boutique Winery Hotel in Inland Croatia, where we reside for the initial three nights.
Upon early afternoon arrival, we’re greeted with a warm welcome toast on the terrace, offering panoramic views of the sprawling vineyards.
Afterward, indulge in leisure time to settle in, unwind, and explore the hotel’s charms.
Before our evening meal, we will venture into town for a delightful visit to two local wineries, toasting the promising week ahead.
Finally, savor dinner and exquisite wines back at the hotel.

DAY 2 – MONDAY
ROVINJ CITY, BREWERY VISIT & SCENIC DINNER
Following a delightful breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a scenic journey to the charming town of Rovinj, a picturesque fishing port brimming with romance.
Exploring the city’s cobblestone streets, we indulge in coffee breaks, boutique shopping, and fine wines.
After the city tour, we head back to Inland Croatia, stopping for lunch nestled among olive trees at a local restaurant.
Post-lunch, it’s time for beer tasting at a nearby brewery.
Returning to the hotel in the late afternoon, guests can unwind with spa treatments or a refreshing drink before dinner.
Tonight, we dine at a local restaurant atop Motovun village, the crown jewel of Inland Croatia, before returning to our boutique haven for the night.

TRUFFLE HUNT & VISIT OF WINERIES
After a satisfying breakfast at the hotel, we set out promptly for a thrilling truffle hunt in a nearby forest. Guided by expert handlers and their trained dogs, we aimed to unearth nature’s gold hidden in the soil.
Upon our return to the hotel, guests have leisure time to refresh and prepare for a day of wine exploration.
Lunch awaits on the hotel terrace, with a delightful wine-tasting session and a tour of the cellar’s secrets.
After lunch, we embark on a scenic drive to a local winery and two renowned Croatian establishments.
Tonight’s dinner is rustic at a charming family restaurant in the countryside.

COASTAL TOWN, GIN, AND BRANDY DISTILLERY
Following breakfast at the hotel, we bid adieu to the picturesque charm of Inland Croatia, eagerly anticipating our transition to the dazzling coastline.
Setting off promptly, our journey leads us to the fabled town of Hum, famed as the smallest in the world.
Immerse yourself in its allure with a visit to the museum and a tasting at the local brandy shop before embarking on a captivating town tour.
For lunch, we indulge in local delicacies at a hidden tavern nestled within the town’s embrace.
Post-lunch, it’s time to savor the flavors of gin and brandy with a guided tour of a nearby distillery.
As the day draws to a close, we make our way to our seaside sanctuary, arriving in the late afternoon to settle in and unwind before a delightful dinner at the hotel.

DAY 5 – THURSDAY
RELAX DAY AT THE RESORT
After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, today beckons a day of lavish rejuvenation at our exquisite resort.
Morning until early afternoon is dedicated to an array of indulgences, from refreshing swims and leisurely rounds of mini golf to pampering spa treatments and massages (with one treatment per person included).
A brief interlude for lunch awaits on the outdoor terrace, offering stunning views of the sea.
Our afternoon escapade commences with a short drive to the mountaintop, where we soak in the ambiance over refreshing drinks.
Following our happy hour, we venture to Opatija, renowned as the ‘Queen of the Adriatic’ and the ‘Monte Carlo’ of Croatia, for a relaxing 20-minute seaside stroll.
Cap off the evening with drinks and dinner at the charming fishing village of Volosko before returning to the comfort of our hotel.

DAY 6 – FRIDAY
BOAT DAY, LOCAL FARM AND RESCUE CENTER

Shortly after breakfast, we embark on our boat adventure, conveniently departing from the hotel’s dock. Prepare for a scenic cruise along the captivating North Adriatic coast, accompanied by a wine-tasting experience onboard.
Our first stop is the idyllic island of Cres, home to the majestic griffon vulture. Here, we’ll visit the Rescue Center dedicated to preserving this magnificent bird species.
Following our visit, indulge in a hearty homemade lunch at a local farm, sampling authentic flavors amidst picturesque surroundings.
As we cruise back to our resort, we’ll make a short stop for a refreshing swim, soaking in the Adriatic’s crystal-clear waters.
Upon our return, enjoy some leisure time to rest, pack, and prepare for the grand finale of our Undiscovered Croatia tour.
Tonight, we gather for a traditional dinner and drinks in town, reminiscing over the unforgettable experiences of our journey.
